I have tried uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling the client but my password is still not encrypted. Is there something I have to do to get it to work?

As far as i can see from the code, there's no foreign-language-thing happening at all.
So, if there's a brave soul out there to try this:
uninstall the client
manually remove that registry entry
reinstall and retry
This is how I've done it. I 've uninstalled the client using REVO unistaller pro (ie removed the registry keys),reinstall it and the password was encryptedYou did this on an XP system, correct?
