[8.174][BUG][UNREPRODUCIBLE] Executive Report PDF error

Hi all, I rebuilt from iso for version 8.173 and updated it to 8.174 then restored my config from backup.  Since my system was just rebuilt I only have a few daily reports and one weekly report and all of them give me an issue.  If I open them with Adobe Reader X they give me an error (see image).  If I open them with Foxit Reader the top Astaro banner is corrupt (see image).  Even if I generate a report "now" it is corrupt.

This occurs on Windows 2003 server using Foxit Reader, Windows XP using Adobe Reader, and using Ubuntu 11 with the document viewer (same as Foxit reader, corrupt banner).
