[8.165][BUG][OPEN] status of servicepackages lokal and online not precise

After switching update service from 15 minutes to manual status and doing a manual check the status is
"There are no Up2Date packages available for installation"
That is correct but online are packages availilable.
I think it would be more precise to differ between lokal and remote available.
