[8.172][BUG][OPEN] Endpoint Device & port policy object issue

Hi All

It seems that an object I had created on previous version (8.165 as part of https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/110/t/70961) ,it's now not able to be deleted on 8.172 (pic attached). I don't have the option to add it as an exception policy on a device which is fine.
