[8.172][BUG][OPEN] IPv6 Tunnelbroker doesn't come up after HA Cluster switchover

Hi there,

IPv6 Tunnelbroker doesn't come up after HA Cluster switchover, you have to manually disable and enable ipv6 to get the tunnel back up.
