[8.172][BUG][OPEN] subscription unable to be updated for Log Management

Hi All

It seems that my subscription ID can't be updated. Looking at the logs:

Going back to the 16th of June I had the same issue again (since then ,it happening every day)

The actual https://logmgmt.astaro.com:443 redirects me to Astaro webpage. Shouldn't the Log Management URL  be: logmgmt.astaro.net/ 

My Log management version is 0.901.209

    Hi,
    As an explanation what is going on there: the "update" call is only used when either license or hostname in the ASG change, or when you decide to join an existing subscription. If you create a new subscription, the "create" call is used once. For checking if something in the LM cloud changed, we use a "describe" call that is run in intervals. Once a subscription is running, the "describe" call is run every 6 hours; while a subscription is still pending, we run it more often to find out when it's ready.
    To summarize: this update call has nothing to do with the version of the ASG or Log Management. The host "logmgmt.astaro.com" is not the Log Management cloud itself, it is our provisioning service that is the interface between the ASGs and the cloud. The actual error sounds to me like a DNS problem; the server should be up and running all the time, and there are no problems with that known to me.
    Does anyone else have problems connecting there?

    I haven''t changed the license or the hostname of my ASG and I am still getting the same error


    I am able to resolve the ip with no issues

    C:\Users\******>nslookup
