[8.171][QUESTION][OPEN] Endpoint clients unable to get upgrade to newest version

Hi All

I am not able to upgrade existing client 1.0.2.3 to newest version 1.02.5. My understanding wasthat clients will be upgraded to newest version as per attached pic.
I have also attached the relevant epsec file
