[8.171][BUG][CLOSED] HTTP proxy and full transparent mode

Hi folks,
I investigated this after being involved in another thread on IPv6 and webproxy settings.

 I have 2 ASGs, both running 8.171b.


  One has an ADSL 2+ and Astaro AP30 connected in bridge mode to it and 2 VLANS.
  The other uses a 3G USB stick to access the internet and has normal LANs.
  The web tab advises that to use the proxy in full transparent mode the ASG needs to be in bridged mode.


  On the first ASG I can setup the webproxy to use full transparent mode in the general user web profile without any authentication and standard mode for the fall back profile. All users can access the internet and their games without a problem.


  The second ASG will allow me to enable full transparent mode on the user profile but not on the default web profile, with or without authentication enabled. With full transparent enabled on the general user profile I cannot access astaro.org or google.com.au or ipv6.google.com, the all timeout, but two local sites I tried work without a problem. I change the web profile setting back to transparent and surfing continues to ipv6.google.com, astaro.org etc.
   
  Am I making sense?
