[8.171][BUG][FIXED] L7 Filter not making L7

Hi, I already notice this bug on version 8.164 but my post have been deleted !

The problem is that the Application control that is suppose to be base on the protocol and not the port ! But with RDP protocol the application control is only blocking the 3389 port but if we use RDP with an other port the application is not blocking anything !

I see what he's getting at from the first post. Since it's the weekend and Astaro employees are off, leave it be until Monday and we'll see if Kai has any input.

Juste to be clear about the problem. The astaro L7 Classification système do not classify RDP protocole he is only blocking the port (Like a standard firewall) but L7 classification suppose classify the packet by its protocole and not onlyt the port !

Hi! This was resolved in the 8.172, shouldn't be a problem anymore. As an FYI, many patterns are still in the final phase and have not yet been rolled out. There will be one or two more engine upgrades before the GA (and many after I'm sure). After 8.173, let us know your results and findings please.
