Hi Ian,

Let me just explain what i want to know, Suppose i have 4 IP/USERS group with there respective IP/USERS, example AMIN,IT,ACCOUNTS,NORMAL USERS. If i have assigned QOS or let say without QOS, Now if want to know how much bandwidth every IP/USER group using..?? Is there any way to know....??? 

second thing, What is the use of Logging & Reporting>Network Usage>Bandwidth Usage..???

Don't get me wrong I fully understand what your requirements are and would like similar myself. I am not sure that firewall is the correct tool for measuring and reporting user based throughput?

Now you understand my comment about bandwidth not being the correct descriptor for that report.
There is also another issue with the use of bandwidth because as more users come online each user grabs a small percentage of the free bandwidth unless you guess and limit them by QOS. Then he who screams loudest (sqeaky wheel) gets more bandwidth assuming it doesn't disadvantage the administrator.

I am not getting you wrong, i always like the way you comment,help and the way you discuses about things.
i agree with you,what ever you said, Now please listen my problem or you can say as a Technical Guy Problem. When i go for POC, customers has their own opinion, and you very well know about the customers,  when we says UTM, its mean all in one. Now come to the point, Bandwidth is expensive in my country, as i know in most of countries its very cheap, So according to my country every administrator wants shape the bandwidth, Astaro bandwidth shaping is very good, i love it but problem is we don't have any kind of bandwidth reporting and its a big problem, As you said that "firewall is the correct tool for measuring and reporting user based throughput", i agree with you but we can not use this line front of customers because other UTM has this feature and its a basic feature and second thing we are presenting Astaro as a very good bandwidth management box also, and you know QOS works very good, we can beat any UTM in case of bandwidth management. I have also a feature request Per User Bandwidth Graph (Qos Graph) and i am waiting from last one year but any way i can just request it will be except or not its Astaro team decision. But till then some thing by which we can prove QOS is working and how much bandwidth IP/NETWORK/USER  is using.

One more thing please look attachment first, In flow monitor we can see how much bandwidth who is using,i mean obviously is shows by protocol but when we click on client detail it also shows IP/user, So why we cant not convert this information in to reporting...??? Its shows Protocol in Graph if it possible that it can show IP/User Graph also same as protocol in flow monitor and same information in to Reporting then it would be dam good.
