Log Management Join Code

hi @ all,

i have lost my Join Code.... Subscription code exist.
is it possible to request the code again.

    Hi,
    sorry for the late reply.
    Depending on the version of ASG that you were running when you created your subscription you might have also received subscription id and join code via email-notification.
    Alternatively, if you tell me your subscription id, I can re-send you the information to the address that was used when creating the subscription (the administrator address of the ASG).
