[8.160][BUG][FIXED] AAA is broken when http restart

Hi,

If the authentication of AAA is used in HTTP proxy, the web access will be blocked by authentication fail when http restart for any reason.
This continues until re-login of AAA by manual.
This may not be bug. However, this is not practicable.
I hope for the improvement that the authentication is automatically recovered.
