whilist downloading files from rapidshare.com I've noticed that random rapidshare servers where blocked with "reputation limit" error
I therefore had to override if needed

My question is why some rapidshare servers have the reputation issue (ie. https://rs26dt.rapidshare.com) and some not (i.e https://rs26dt.rapidshare.com).
I've neved had an issue with repidshare before. I am using Threshold : suspicious.
