I was downloading files via rapidhare during the issue (seems to be happening during the download phase where having con current downloads maxin out the link-attached)
I have already raised this here :https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/110/t/70807 It seems to be the same issue but Since I am not 100% sure I've created this thread
PS. svens requested to login to my box to have a look but haven't heard back yet
