[8.170][QUESTION][OPEN] Web Security wrong reporting...????

Hi...

Please look the attachment first. I have configure web security proxy with full access, There was no blocking, Than why reporting is showing URL blocked..?? In attachment, Please look under "Action" column showing blocked and under "Reason" reporting is showing blank, and under "Info" column also showing blocked. Why reporting is showing URL blocked, while there was no blocking. No Nothing, What is the reason...??? is it bug, wrong reporting or due to some other reason...???

Edit: If reporting is showing URL Blocked, than why it is showing so much traffic under Traffic Column...???

Hi,
you are correct there should be some indication as to why the action was taken.

I would suggest you have a look at your application control settings to see if any of those are blocked.

No, there is no blocking in app control..!! I was just testing with full access..!!!
