[8.165][BUG][OPEN] VPN accounting issue

When connected via Cisco VPN client (IPSEC) I am not able to view users under Remote Access Status>>Online Users

same issue with 8.172. I am able to view the accountinf info this time under the remote access>session but there is no informaton under the remote access>activity
