[8.165][QUESTION][OPEN] Traffic selector on QOS

Hi, If i turned proxy on, the traffic selector on QOS will not work at all. However if I turn proxy off, traffic selector will work just fine. I cant use application control because they dont have certain ports that I needed for QOS. Traffic selector allows me to customize certain ports I need to use for QOS.  is it a bug or by design?
