Astaro 8.165 Hyper-V Performance 2 CPU

I installed Astaro 8.165 on a Hyper-V Windows 2008 R2 Server. It works more or less. The problem I actually have is, that the Astaro Webconsole becoms very slow, when a download occur. I use a bandwidth of 100 MB/s. The Astaro is slow down the download speed. I got a maximal speed of 40 - 65 MB/s. What can I do that I will have the full speed of 100 MB/s?

I tried also to setup an Astaro on a Hyper-V with 2 CPU, the installation works, but the login page will not be available. Do you know why that happend?

    I have a SIX Core Intel i7 CPU, everything like IDS, Proxy, exept the Firewall I set off. The performance is between 4 and 6 MB/s. If I set on the IDS, Proxy... it is less than 2 MB/s. I use the Intel ET Gbit Netwerk Adapter. I did also a complete new installation of Astaro, but it is still very slow with Hyper-V. I tryed also to do an installation with 2 CPU, but afterwards, the webinterface will not be available.
    When Hyper-V will be fully supported?
