Hi All

I've attached a screenshot of the issue. Some users don't get the whitelist option when getting the spam email.

Hi Wingman,

The quarantine report seems to list a bounce message. Bounce messages in general have no sender address, so there is nothing that could be whitelisted.

Hi Wingman,

The quarantine report seems to list a bounce message. Bounce messages in general have no sender address, so there is nothing that could be whitelisted.
