yes, because customers don't want that a single user use much bandwidth, i don't know because from DAP you can establish multiple connections to the site and your download will be fast, and the result, more bandwidth consume.

In this case it might be worth the time to take a look at QoS. Many of the other guys here use it successfully to 'shape' their traffic in a way that prohibits abuse of bandwidth.
I'll add speedbit to our list of protocols for the application control feature, though i personally don't believe that it makes sense to detect this kind of software.
