[8.165][BUG][UNREPRODUCIBLE] Executive reports sent as HTML

Hi All

Even when I untick/tick the "Send reports as PDF instead of HTML", the report format is exactly the same. How Can I verify that I am indeed getting the email with pdf format or HTML format?

I have changed my daily report confiiguration to see if the report comes as a PDF.

Hi Wingman,
the formats of the PDF report is totally different to the html version.

The PDF report comes as an attachment labeled *.PDF and opens in the PDF reader.

Interesting..On my webmail I can see the relevant email sa the one attached. However, on outlook 64 bit the report I am getting is always the same regardless the option (PDF,HTML). The format is always like the one attached

interesting, png is a suffix that they are trying to have a standard for raw files in photography.
I don't understand what software you would running to convert pdf and html files to a standard format of png.

Have a look at your startup folder and see what applications you have starting in it that might have a convertor in them.

none of my startup application does that. Maybe it's office 64 bit 2010 ? Can someone te4st with office to see whether they have the same issue? When I checked the relevant emals via blackberry of web clients it works fine so it has to be something with outlook 2010 64 bit(?)

Hi Wingman,
I am running W 7 64 with Office 2010, but my Office version is 32 bit. I don't have any issues like that.

yesterday I got my first pdf report via outlook. I've noticed that my previous executive reports had the following subject ([*********][INFO-720] Daily Executive Report ) the new ones(pdf have the following ([*******][INFO-723] Daily Executive Report)

I guess I was then receiving the html version (720) and not pdf (723) even though the relevant box was checked
