[8.165][BUG][FIXED] User portal Customisation

Unfortunatey I can't remember what was the exact case back on version 8.165.  Maybe it was the same maybe not. We need Kai to test that on a 8.165 box or if someone who is still running with that version [:)]

Hi Wingman,
I just tested my current build. The default text is displayed and even though the enable box advises success, the changes don't stick.

So this would have to be declared fixed.
