[8.165][BUG][FIXED] User portal Customisation

Hi All

As I have Home User License I shouldn't have access to customize the "Welcome message" but I am able to do so!

    Don't you use the beta license  that we published? Strange...

    mine is better [:P] [:P]  joke aside though I am able to edit the user portal welcome screen but not the "company custom text" for example

    The relevant page on the user portal is not grayed out like on the general customization page (Management>customization)
