[8.165][NOTABUG][CLOSED] Traffic Flow cosmetic

Hi All

As per picture atached the flow traffic monitor doesn't give the option to provide Aggregated traffic. Is that by design? There are also cosmetic with IE8 and F4.01
(tested on windows 64 7 sp1)
