[8.164][BUG][WONT FIX] Initial Wizard "Internal Network Settings" not allowed to change

The initial Wizard after first login does not allow to change the internal IP from 192.168.0.1 to another IP ==> "The interface that is used for the current session can not be changed or deactivated or deleted."

This security feature does make sense in a productive live system, but should be disabled for the initial wizard.
