The new application control is not making a lot of (L7 classification) exemple when selecting to block the RDP protocol !!! The application protocol only block RDP on 3389 port and it is not blocking on other port so this is not (L7 classification) because de Application Control feature does detect the protocol !!! [:S]
I can't seem to find the post right now, but Application Control issues should not be posted anymore for current beta builds. The Application Control code has had a major overhaul which will debut in the next beta build, 8.165. Due to the significant changes, the current code is no longer relevant.
