[8.164][BUG][UNREPRODUCIBLE] Application Control rules

Hi All

When trying to create a new application rule for source networks (pic attached) :

1)vpn networks
2)sub interface for my untrusted networks (vlan 20 used in AP-10) 

I am getting either an error or when I press apply nothing happens (the rule doesn't appear on the dashboard) .I have therefore tried this 2-3 times. I've logged out and logged in again and one of the rules suddenly appeared. Now If I try to edit the rule and rename it (I have tried to rename it to one of the previous rules) I am getting the error message that the specific name already exists in the system. However, It's not visible (see pic)
