[8.164][BUG][CLOSED] Cisco VPN IPhone

Hello, 

after the update to the version 8.165 no changes with the Cisco VPN Client via IPhone, same message User Authentication fail.

hmm, i use the ipsec vpn (cisco) with my iphone without issue throughout the beta. Have you tried a different password (something simple?) maybe its special chars, spaces, something unsupported? Also create and try a different user..

make sure in the Remote Access-->Cisco VPN Client-->under global you have the desired user in the users/groups area as well.

The options are fine for the vpn client. I change also the password  and use also a new user. No change. But with the ssl VPN same user and same password all is working. The think is not the phone  The connect to the asg in the factory (at my work) is working.

I also experienced this issue.

I tried to connect 2 different iPhones via the Cisco VPN Client to my home ASG and also get the error "User Authentication Failed" every time I try to connect.

The Users I use are synched from Active Directory.

I have the same issue. 

A connection to 8.102 by my parents is still working.

And it isn't possible to change settings in iOS, like save Password. With 8.102 this is possible too.

You can Close the Case. After the update to version 7.172 is it possible to connect the iPhone via VPN to the asg.
