[8.164][BUG][CLOSED] able to use facebook even it was block by app control

Hello Friends !

This is hard to re-produce but i was able to able to re-produce 2 times 
I am using HA for this thread .

in application control facebook is blocked ,if u noramlly (Willkommen bei Facebook - anmelden, registrieren oder mehr erfahren) use facebook it blocked  but when i try with https://www.facebook.com i am able to get facebook page then i enter my username and passwd  still i was not able to enter facebook page then i type https://www.v6.facebook.com i was in facebook page 

in short::

1)https://www.facebook.com then enter u r username and passwd then https://www.v6.facebook.com and u r in facebook page 


if u want we can do i remote session with gotometting or teamviewer for the same 
i will try same with non HA system later

    Eh, no. Due to the office move, some machines are still offline. I don't think that it's a HA-only issue, i'm pretty sure that it's reproducible on a single machine too. If you have the time to so, please report if you can reproduce the behavior with a single machine, otherwise i will test this tomorrow on my test machine.

    today i try twitter and i was able to create account with https:twitter.com and i got email also in my account but i was not able to complete registration process with link as was blocking but then i disable APP control rule for twitter then again i was able to use that link ,then i again disable app rule for twitter  and i try https://twitter.com and i was able to login to twitter

    this is again on HA system
