[8.163][BUG][CLOSED] Update from 8.163 to 8.164

I make the update from 8.163 to 8.164, the update was good the sytem is working but I have not all details in the Dashboard I see only the Resource usage, all Statistics are empty,  Today's threat status on the Dashboard is empty, one user have a Idee for this.

    I have had too many issues with this release to list them all here, and restarting did not seem to help.

    I have had a few random restarts with no errors in the log, and when I log in the webadmin, I will see the threat statistics for a few minutes, then everything resets to 0 again.  I am trying another fresh install, using the stripped config file to set it up this time.  I'll post when it comes back how it goes.
