[8.164][BUG][UNREPRODUCIBLE] user portal remote access cosmetic

This should have been fixed as part of 8.163 (https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/110/t/70659) but it's not.

Probably a caching problem of the css, i cannot reproduce this here.

em I still have the issue when trying with FF4 and chrome. I have tried with two different pc [:)] The line is just not there
