[8.164][BUG][CLOSED] is QOS broken?

I could not get QOS to work at all on 8.164 version, but it did work on previous version. Can anyone confirm this?

Its working for me but I am using application control to throttle my smtp, http, and ftp traffic. Can you tell us more about your setup and why do you think it is broken?
