Hi,
something I don't normally check, but while trying to workout why utm_kid has his admin in so many configurations I found this.
While there is a message displayed in User Portal about home licence and not being able to customise the page, I tried it because the "apply" button wasn't grayed out.
I was able to change the welcome message and save it.
