I believe only the interfaces on ASG itself have address or broadcast added after the name. A little confusing since it's different than before but makes sense if you have multiple interfaces on ASG, as its really easy to tell them apart.

I don't disagree with the logic, but with the convention. 

Multiple NIC'ed servers or PCs don't get (address) after their names, so why should an ASG port?

The other thing I can think of is that they have done this to bring consistency in the way things are defined in webadmin and reports. All ASG networks are defined with address,broadcast or network in parenthesis in webadmin. So when you look at the reports, its a complete definition now instead of just an address.

I am not defending it by any means and to me it seems quirky because if you can't tell the difference between ASG external address and ASG external broadcast, you don't need to be administering a firewall but a decision has been made somewhere and its time to move on[;)]
