I installed 8.164 about 30 minutes ago. A quick review of the new tab layouts looks very good. Nothing appears to be broken.
There are some new features in the web tab to be investigated.
The only down side was web surfing stopped while the reference data base was downloaded. Nothing failed or timed out, just no internet access. Of course the users who were in the middle of doing a web search at the time got grumpy. A faster link wouldn't have helped because the download utilisation was about 30-50% of the link capacity.
