i have a strange behavior after i changed my networkcard in the morning. I had to change it because tomorrow i was unable to ping anything. After installing the new NIC and rebooting the Server i have pingtimes between 100 und 200ms what is a lot in a GBit network.
when i let run the ping for a long time i can see decreasing the ping times till "normal" and then starting again at about 100ms ... see here:

i use only VLANs with MTU 1496 and have the problems on all VLANs, i tried to change it to 1500MTU but still the same problem ...
any ideas?
