[8.163][BUG][OPEN] SafeSearch doesn't work at a part of country

Hi,

Does SafeSearch support the site in all countries?
At least I wasn't enforced on the following sites.

www.google.co.kr
www.google.co.jp
www.google.com.hk
www.google.co.th

image-search.yahoo.co.jp

If the support is limited, could you give information on the supported site?

    Hi,

    In my test, it works when second-level domain is "google". 
    example,
    google.it
    google.de
    google.ru
    google.com
    google.fr

    When third-level domain is "google" it doesn't work.
    google.co.kr
    google.co.jp
    google.com.hk
    google.co.th
    google.com.au

    In Yahoo! Japan, to make safe search (Called adult filter in Yahoo! Japan) off, we must login by the account of Yahoo! Japan.
    However, safe search is not enforced if we login.
