[8.163][BUG][CLOSED] Unable to Halt system

Hi All

It seems that when trying to halt the system it performs a reboot instead of halt (it's like going to init 6 instead). Not sure what log to provide. I've had a look at system log 

**** :/root # last -x|grep shutdown | head -1
shutdown system down  2.6.32.31-14.gcc Sun Apr 24 22:49 - 23:24  (00:34)

**** :/root # last reboot | less
reboot   system boot  2.6.32.31-14.gcc Sun Apr 24 22:52          (00:33)


(Basically I press "halt" system and it reboots instead of going to init 0)
