[8.163][BUG][UNREPRODUCIBLE] http proxy downloads do not always work

The proxy starts downloading (I think), but there doesn't appear anything except the gray background.

Seems to be reproducable with Download Warzone 2100 from SourceForge.net

I changed IPv6 tunnel providers and now my firefox updates work automatically.

Strange, never mind. From what I could see in the dashboard was that the download continued to completion, but was never passed to or recognised by the proxy so that the fw-notify page was updated.
