[8.163][BUG][FIXED] Firewall new rule/Action coscmetic

Hi All

It seems to be an issue when someone selects the actions (firewall rule) and then tries to create a new rule (pic attached)

Tested with Chrome 10.0.648.205 and IE8,9 (windows 7N SP1)
