Hi All
I have noticed that the mail manager has the option to quarantine emails if they are identified as malware (probably it also includes virus as well in the same category). However, the same email is identified as virus on the executive report. It would be great is we could have consistency accross the reports
Few ideas:
1)if there is a possibility to distinguish between virus/malware (which I believe there is judging for the dashboard) we can have two different sections under the executive report (pic attached) and populate the one needed every time. Add an extra virus detection on the mail manager as well to make it consistent
2)if we can;'t do that ,then Update the malware to virus/Malware in both mail manager and executive report?
Thoughts?
