[8.163][BUG][FIXED] AFC "VPN & Tunneling" category issue...

Hi,

I add the "VPN & Tunneling" application group on an existing rule.
Then when trying to enable this rule, it asks to me to remove the "VPN & Tunneling".
Look at the picture.

Why doesn't it like the "VPN & Tunneling" group?

Can you please take a look at the Confd.log? There should be a line with 'APPLICATION_CONTROL_RULE_GROUPS_UNKNOWN' in it, please post that line here.
