[8.163][NOTABUG][CLOSED] enabling/disabling 'Terms of Use'

Hi All

I've noticed that enabling/disabling Skip 'Terms of Use' will automatically set the page to centre( not sure if I am explaining this properly). If someone tries to enable/disable and hit apply, he/she will notice that the image will "scroll up"

Ok let me try to explain with pictures. Picture "1" is just before I hit apply (notice that the vertical bar is way down ). When I clear apply (picture 2) the page automatically goes up (red cycle). does it make sense? :$

Ah yes, now i was able to understand and even reproduce it. The bad news is: It's a firefox-only thing, and we will not fix it. Firefox sometimes acts this way, and there's nothing we can do to prevent it.

I checked it with chrome on Windows XP and Linux, and i'm not able to reproduce it there. I can only reproduce it with FF3.

Just upgraded my chrome to version 10.0.648.205 today and I can't reproduce the problem either.

if you really miss it, just try FF3 again [;)]
