i also notice the same some time back but did not report as there was some problem in 8.161 but it reported to be fix i am using windows xp sp3 with up2date patches and testing with IE and FF
I have no idea why this has been put as "fixed", as i still have the same problem on 8.162 (see attachment), within Firefox 4.0 en-US and within Internet Explorer 9.

By "fixed" I'm sure they mean it will be fixed in 8.163. This bug report was on Version 8.162 ...

Thanks Bruce. Yes, "fixed" refers to the state in our Codebase, not necessarily to a released version.
In this special case the originally reported bug was fixed, but (obviously) not tested well enough. The missing group headers just slipped through. Sorry for that.
