[8.161][BUG][CLOSED] Log Management IOS logging level cosmetic

Hi All

The default logging level for Cisco switches, routers, IOS, PIX: (under Device configuration>Log Management) is set to trap 7 which is debugging. However, this is not the case with Cisco VPN concentrators. I believe we should give the option to the user to enable the trap to 1-5(recommended ) (No need to have debugging as default action!)

Not sure if there is time to add it to 8.162 now [:(] (The relevant Mantis ID for correcting the relevant command was 17065)
