[8.161][QUESTION][ANSWERED] Application Rules List Order

Hi,

for example i have 2 rules in my Application Rules List.
First Rule Allow BitTorrent for Host 192.168.1.1
Sec. Rule: Deny BitTorrent for Internal (Network) (which is 192.168.1.0/24)

so am i allowed to use BT or not!?

I know i can use the exception list under the advanced tab but does this work also? 
Because Some Deny Rules i want to be enabled for x.x.1.1 and some not!

In this case my second question about "Application Rules stackable in Groups" Question is a great addition.
So i can use first Group for every allow rule for x.x.1.1 and a second group for all deny - and 3rd 4th group for all other networks with different deny/allow rules and so on....
