When defining an exception the relevant text should be
Skip these checks:
Intrusion Prevention correct
for the next ones should be
Portscan
DoS/Flooding TCP
DoS/Flooding UDP
DoS/Flooding ICMP
and not as per picture attached
If you skip the check for "anti-portscan" you effectively allowing port scan (two negatives equal one positive)
