[8.161][BUG][OPEN] Log Management logs

Hi All

When viewing the log messages (using chrome) I've found that after selecting one level you don't have the option to go back to the rest of the levels 

For example. I am viewing all the messages for my host (picture 1) but then if I select notice level ,I am then unable to remove the filter and go back (picture 2)

To replicate the issue: Click on "Levels" and choose "notice", then click on "programs" and pick one. Then try to remove the relevant filter for the "level" section

    Thanks for your feedback.

    The drawers on the left are filters that work in real time to filter the data on the right. 
    When you select the notice level, you filter out anything else. This updates the other drawers to now only show the programs, devices etc. that actually have logs with notice level severity.
    When you then select a program, it further narrows the focus. Once you go back to levels, it shows only notice because no logs currently represented to the right have anything but notice level.

    To choose another level - essentially removing that filter level - you just click the top of the drawer for level/severity and choose to reset the filter. Then you see all options again.
