[8.161][BUG][FIXED] QoS throttles everything regardless of service or destination selected

I am having some strange issues with qos so I disabled all the previous rules I had and created a new rule

Traffic Selector (screenshot 1)
Source Any -> Service DNS -> Destination Any

Bandwidth Pool (Screenshot 2)
Throttle Bandwidth to 1024 kb using the selector above

and then applied the rule but all traffic is throttled regardless of what service or destination I choose. The rule is applied to LAN upload and it has worked in all previous versions.

Can you please try "/etc/init.d/mdw restart" from the console?

There is a bug that causes traffic selectors to stay around even when you disable them in the frontend.
This is fixed now, but i'd like to confirm that this is what is causing your issues.

Excellent... Restarting middleware did the trick and the traffic is behaving like it should.
