[8.161][BUG][FIXED] QoS throttles everything regardless of service or destination selected

I am having some strange issues with qos so I disabled all the previous rules I had and created a new rule

Traffic Selector (screenshot 1)
Source Any -> Service DNS -> Destination Any

Bandwidth Pool (Screenshot 2)
Throttle Bandwidth to 1024 kb using the selector above

and then applied the rule but all traffic is throttled regardless of what service or destination I choose. The rule is applied to LAN upload and it has worked in all previous versions.

Hi,

thanks for reporting this.
Could you please provide output of
iptables-save -c -t ips > rules.txt
tc filter show dev eth0
tc qdisc show dev eth0

(substitute eth0 with the device you've assigned the bandwidth pool to).

The outputs of the commands:

Sorry for the incomplete report. I overlooked an important part, the traffic is coming through http proxy that is affected. I have http proxy in standard mode and have the site that I am using to test in advanced skiplist.
